Our Feast Nights and Supper Clubs are the perfect opportunity to experience all of this. Menus are tailored to match the seasons, carefully chosen and prepared by Steve Pidgeon, an award winning chef with over 20 years experience. Using the best that this unique area of the country provides us with, he uses local suppliers for the finest produce throughout the year. 

 

One of the things we are really passionate about at Gourmandaise is giving young aspiring chefs and individuals interested in a career in hospitality, the chance to have some hands on experience. As Steve is also a teacher at the local college here in Launceston, we employ students from his courses to help out at our events.
